The Word of the Lord #

For my thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways my ways, says the LORD.  For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.  Isaiah 55:8-9

Together we give thanks... #

Holy Comforter joins with other local churches for a Community Thanksgiving Service on November 22.   This year we gather at First Presbyterian for dinner at 6 and worship at 7.  Our hosts will provide turkey&dressing; we will each bring a side dish.  Gathering around the table with Christian friends to eat and to worship....blessed communion, indeed!
